Medical Symptoms: Superior Labral tear noted on MRI after patient had fallen. MRI performed on 02.26.2024. Patient presented with left shoulder pain, limited mobility of left arm, unable to perform daily routines.
Specific Location of the Ailment: Left Shoulder
Quality of Life: Pain and inability to lift left arm above shoulder, pain scale ranged from 6 – 9 on a daily basis after the fall in July 2023, blow drying hair, showering and daily routines were interrupted and limited.
