Our Process
Have you ever thought stem cell treatments were out of your reach financially? What if we told you that you could have those treatments covered? The Stem Cell Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making healthcare more accessible. If you’re interested in our program, here are the steps you’ll need to follow to qualify.
- Consult with a Physician: Start by contacting your doctor or scheduling an appointment with one of our physicians to get a diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.
- Check Eligibility: Review the income restrictions listed on our application page. If you meet the criteria, complete the application form and provide detailed answers to all questions. Once done, submit your application.
- Submit Supporting Documents: After submitting your application, please submit any relevant documentation by uploading through our site at the bottom of the main page or email treatment plans to info@stemcellproject.org.
- Review and Approval: Our board will evaluate your application and supporting materials. If approved, one of our team members will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the next steps.
- Procedure Coordination and Payment: Once approved, we’ll work with you and your physician’s office to schedule the procedure. After the procedure is completed, we will take care of the bill for you. That’s it!
